It’s always uplifting to gather for our meetings. A warm, gentle vibe stirs the air. My perspective shifts when I enter our meeting place.
I sense a magic of sorts as our collective energy slowly builds, stirs & brews into a force that we each have a part in creating. Hopefully we take some of this energy with us, spreading it through our lives.
Sure the feeling comes and goes, like spring breaking the hold of winter in central Oregon. But one thing is certain. This energy we’re creating is continuing to grow.
And May, the month that spring finally shows it’s force, is an exciting time for ConnectW.
The Women’s Expo, on May 10th is going to be a party, with booths, inspirational seminars, giveaways, shopping and of course networking. Don’t miss this all-day event at the Riverhouse!
We also have inspiration coming to our May meeting, as we host local Iditarod racer Rachel Scdoris. While she’s legally blind, that hasn’t stopped her from setting and reaching some lofty goals.
As these longer days awaken us all, I hope you’ll be able to share your unique self with us at one or more of our events this month. (Don’t forget First Tuesday After Hours and Munch & Mingle options as well.)
