Plant Medicines: New Technologies, Ancient Traditions and Practices for Healing and Well-being with Michelle Erickson, PhD

This presentation will focus on two “in the news” master plants: psilocybin mushrooms and cacao. We will discuss the expanding intersection between traditional, research and current practices and uses of these plant medicines.

Participants will:

1) Understand how to be in safe and right relationship with medicinal plants.
2) Walk away with a deeper understanding of current research.
3) Understand ethical considerations between indigenous and western healing practices.
