Divine Window Decor was birthed in Bend in 2002 by Debbie Milliken.
I love helping clients enhance the beauty of their homes with all types of window coverings. Custom draperies and hardware, blinds, shades and shutters.
I mix being mechanically minded with an eye for color and the ability to visualize the end result. Everything is custom fabricated specific to your home. Draperies are a lot of fun for me and are such a personal expression. They are great for layering and adding warmth, texture and color.
