Businesses grow through exposure to customers, and you will definitely get that exposure through your ConnectW membership. But they also grow because business women try new approaches and expand their skill sets. Every meeting you attend will include business networking opportunities along with specific tips for enhancing your professional skills.Community

Programs

Many of the programs focus on business skills such as marketing strategies or networking. Speakers include nationally known figures as well as local business experts. Occasionally a panel may be invited to discuss issues of particular interest to Central Oregonians. Topics include a mix of both professional development and personal development topics ranging from finances to personal communication strategies. Our goal is to always present engaging, educational, motivational, and entertaining themes that benefit our members.

Meetings

ConnectW’s regular meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month (except in August and December) from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. All meetings take place in Bend, with the occasional foray to Redmond. Any alternate location is announced in the newsletter. Reservations must be made in advance, deadline is Friday prior to the event.

Business Marketing

At each meeting you will have the opportunity to make your business visible to members and guests through a variety of means. Your business will be highlighted to the entire room when you join and when you give a showcase presentation.

Networking

There are plenty of networking opportunities at all of our events. Take the time to find out about other members and share your information about your own business endeavors.
