One of the biggest barriers to women’s success is imposter syndrome. You know the feeling: “If they only knew how scared, or incompetent, or tired I am ….”
In this interactive session, women entrepreneurs will learn strategies for trusting themselves as bosses, colleagues, and friends in business. Come ready to learn some emotionally challenging but life-changing concepts. You’ll leave the session feeling less alone in your experience as a boss who really means business.
Our objectives:
1. Understand the reasons why women feel imposter syndrome (it boils down to fear),
2. Identify their own biggest source of fear-based imposter syndrome, and
3. Deeply connect with other professional women to mutually support each other in their business and/or professional goals.
