About Leah Ross
I recently earned my certification through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute as a Wellness Coach. My credentials now extend to a Nutrition Specialist targeting health management and meal planning. I am excited to provide wellness workshops that promote prevention through Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition to individuals in an affordable and realistic manner. My hope is to become a referral for employers and brokers to provide consultations for employees in implemented wellness plans as well as public speaking. Nutrition plays such a vital role in our health and well being and with busy lives and convenience foods, it's the easiest to get pushed aside daily. I aim to confront the challenges of family, time and aging by re-educating folks on the fundamentals of living healthy and coaching them via seminars, phone calls, texts and classroom settings. My teachings will touch on basic nutrition, children needs, unlocking your body's natural pharmacy, importance of breakfast, macro nutrients, label reading, weight control and excitotoxins.
