I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional. I help people who feel stuck-whether it is with anxiety or depression, work problems, health issues or relationships. I work in a solution-focused way and teach a lot of stress management skills. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy I collaborate with clients to set and achieve their goals. This includes looking at errors or distortions in thinking patterns which leads to feeling better and new choices in behaviors. I love working with people in transition as it is a time where, despite the stress, there is room for change. I also love working with people in the arts. Creativity is a natural part of each of us and finding ways to free it up and express it is so wonderful.
