As small business owners we can experience the wax and wane of plates overflowing versus the nail-biting anxiety of not enough to do.

Please join us for a fun exercise lead by two ConnectW members and local business owners, Miranda Kelton of Miranda Kelton Photography and Nicole Schwarz of Ascent Roofing and Exteriors, and including a short panel discussion about daily systems and processes to keep the business consistent, and layering in one additional item: referrals. Once again we will have some opportunity to move around the room to hear from each other, network and, of course, exercise our referral power.

Here is a hint: if you aren’t getting or sending referral business from your networking, come join us for a fun evening with an essential yet basic review of how to develop a daily method of operation, even during busy times, to level out your business. We will be adding in that layer of referrals! We are an amazing group of professionals who network! Let’s’ do our daily work well and develop those referral skills too.
