Kim is a self proclaimed, “start up company junkie” and has worked for several local companies in the last 8 years in Bend including PV Powered (now Advanced Energy) and G5. She has 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, client services, and operational growth and particularly enjoys helping new companies build successful processes and teams. Kim is an outdoor enthusiast and is currently building a home on the west side of Bend. She is a big sister through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and also serves on the Advisory Board for BBBS Central Oregon.
