SUMMARY:April 2026 Dinner Meeting with Gabi Robledo Presenting
DESCRIPTION:The Growth Ceiling:\nThe Overlooked Method to Break Through Stagnation and Scale to New Heights\n  \nImportant deadline to register:\nMidnight\, Sunday\, April 12\, 2026\nEvent date: Wednesday\, April 15\, 2026\, 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm PT\nVenue: High Desert Music Hall\, Redmond\, Oregon\n818 SW Forest Ave\, Redmond\, OR 97756 \nMost business owners hit a ceiling and look for the next strategy\, the better funnel\, the missing skill. They rarely consider that the real cap isn’t tactical: it’s psychological. And it doesn’t announce itself as fear. It shows up as “being smart\,” “waiting for the right time\,” or “needing more data.” \nIn this talk\, Gabi uses an adventure story to expose how fear masquerades as logic and quietly kills momentum. Attendees will identify their specific growth edge\, recognize the fear patterns blocking their next milestone\, and leave with a strategic action plan to move past stagnation. This isn’t about confidence-building. It’s about seeing the decision point that’s been hiding in plain sight and choosing differently. \nWhether you’re stuck at six figures\, plateaued in visibility\, or cycling through the same revenue ceiling year after year\, this framework shows you where fear is running your business decisions and what to do about it. \nCore Objectives \n1. Clarity on Your Actual Next Move \nYou’ll walk away knowing the specific milestone between where you are now and where you’re trying to go— not the entire roadmap\, just the next clear checkpoint. No more vague goals or waiting for the “perfect” vision. You’ll have named what you actually want and be able to act on it immediately. \n2. Freedom From Catastrophic Thinking \nYou’ll leave with the ability to separate the story your fear is telling from the actual consequence of taking the risk. Most people are paralyzed by imagined disasters that will never happen. You’ll learn to assess real risk so you can make strategic decisions instead of fear-based ones. \n3. The Leadership to Act From Commitment\, Not Confidence \nYou’ll gain the skill to recognize when self-talk is sabotaging your momentum and justifying retreat. You’ll know how to commit to the scary\, hard move at your edge of discomfort\, even when fear is still present\, and refuse to let it run your next quarter. This is the difference between people who break through and people who stay stuck. \nAbout our presentor\, Gabi Robledo: \nGabi teaches women how to lead their lives from internal authority\, self-trust\, and courage instead of external validation and burnout. \nHer work is built on a simple but uncomfortable truth: most people don’t lack confidence—they lack internal authority. They’ve built impressive lives\, hit milestones\, achieved externally\, and still feel like they’re auditioning for the right to exist as they are. \nA TEDx speaker\, co-founder of Nomads With A Purpose\, and facilitator of 100+ breathwork journeys\, Gabi was raised off-grid in an RV—an unconventional foundation that taught her courage as a practice\, not a personality trait. Now based in Bend\, Oregon\, she guides leaders through adventure-based retreats and high-ticket transformational experiences using the Enneagram and Gene Keys frameworks. \nShe works with high-achievers across industries\, entrepreneurs\, creatives\, and leaders who’ve achieved externally but still feel like they’re auditioning for the right to exist as they are. Her approach is direct\, embodied\, and free of generic personal development language. She doesn’t motivate people into action\, she shows them where fear is making their decisions and what to do about it. \nSee and read more about Gabi on these platforms: \nhttps://www.instagram.com/gabirobledo \nhttps://www.facebook.com/gabi.robledo.211308/ \nhttps://www.youtube.com/@nomadswithapurpose \nhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/gabirobledo/ \n

SUMMARY:March 2026 Dinner Meeting with Jane Hiatt Presenting
DESCRIPTION:The hidden trauma standing between you and your dreams\n  \nImportant deadline to register:\nMidnight\, Sunday\, March 15\, 2026\nEvent date: Wednesday\, March 18\, 2026\, 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm PT\nVenue: Keller Williams Office\, 233 SW Wilson Ave\, Suite 102\, Bend\nYou have dreams. We all do. Maybe you want to take your business to the next level.\nMaybe you want a loving spouse. Maybe you have a secret dream to write a novel or\nclimb the Himalayas. If your dreams aren’t on track\, the reason may be hiding in your\npast. Trauma. \nYou may not believe you have trauma if you weren’t the victim of some terrible abuse.\nThe reality is that growing up is traumatic as we evolve from adorable babies to\nadulthood\, responding to the conditioning of parents\, siblings\, and society. We receive\nmessages–I call them story potions–that diminish our self-esteem and our prospects.\nThe good news is that this is not permanent damage. There are ways to repair what has\nbeen injured and help available from the Great Mystery. By acknowledging the story\npotions you have internalized\, you can begin to get back on course to realizing your\ndreams. \nIn this presentation\, Jane Hiatt will\n Elaborate on the idea of story potions so you walk away with a clearer concept of\nwhat inner adversary is standing between you and your dreams.\n Teach you the secret language of the subconscious mind so you can\ncommunicate effectively with the part that is sabotaging your momentum.\n Give you a relaxing experience that helps you access your own wisdom more\neasily. \nAbout our presentor\, Jane Hiatt: \nJane Hiatt is one of the longest-standing members of ConnectW. Having joined in 1993\, she has been a regular presence at monthly meetings and has served on the board as president\, programs director\, and membership director. \nJane is a transformational connector—part healer\, part storyteller\, part spiritual midwife. For over 30 years\, she’s helped people rewrite the unconscious narratives that keep them stuck\, using hypnotherapy\, imagination\, and the deep medicine of story. \nA practicing hypnotherapist since 1992 and ordained Unity minister since 2015\, Jane’s work lives at the intersection of trauma healing and soul remembrance. She specializes in treating the invisible wounds of early childhood—those inherited\, internalized\, and buried deep in the subconscious. Her approach doesn’t just soothe the symptoms; it gets to the root. \nHer purpose is to remove the landmines of trauma from the field of consciousness and plant wildflowers of joy in their place. Through the sacred tools of love and story\, she helps people come home to themselves—gently\, powerfully\, and permanently. \nJane is the author of Deep Medicine for Trauma\, 5 Powerful Healing Treatments That Experts Have Overlooked\, a book designed to offer hope that you can move past trauma and return to the wholeness that is your essence. Jane is a powerful teacher who offers an assortment of online programs to help people find freedom. She is delighted for the opportunity to speak to her longtime Connect W community. \nSee and read more about Jane on these platforms: \nhttps://janehiatt.com/\, https://www.facebook.com/jane.hiatt.102\, https://substack.com/@janehiatt1225\, https://www.linkedin.com/in/jane-hiatt-7a448bb6/\, https://www.instagram.com/jane.hiatt/\, https://www.youtube.com/@janehiatt5242

SUMMARY:February 2026 Networking Meeting at Bledsoe Family Winery
DESCRIPTION:• Difficult conversations?\n• Crucial Conversations?\n• Accountability conversations?\n  \nImportant deadline to register:\nMidnight\, Tuesday\, February 17\, 2026\nEvent date: February 18\, 2026\, 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm PT\nVenue: Bledsoe Family Winery\, 550 SW Industrial Way\, Suite 198\, Bend\nAre you struggling with how to master these conversations in your business life? What about your personal life? From managing a housekeeper\, going toe to toe with the mechanic\, reviewing expectations with an employee\, client\, coworker or boss\, or even your spouse\, this small-group networking activity has got you covered. \nJoin us for an evening of adding depth and breadth to our professional networking relationships as we unpack how to have hard talks in small group settings! Practice some skills and get to know each other in a new and deeper way. \nThree takeaways this evening will foster confidence in your future interactions:\n1. Focus on the issue\, not the person. This takes prep.\n2. Learn how to actively listen by truly embracing curiosity and showing up very present.\n3. Seek solutions knowing your own boundaries before you begin. \nBrandie Foster\, a ConnectW member and a Realtor with a corporate Nursing background\, has managed thousands of people\, interviewed\, hired and occasionally helped some move on. In addition\, there have been people in crisis\, poor performers and top-notch drivers needing some course correction. In addition to supporting other leaders needing guidance\, Brandie\, now practicing real estate in Central Oregon\, is no stranger to tough conversations and how to prep. But wait\, this networking event is for you to practice\, share and help each other grow\, so come prepared to try on some new skills! \nBrandie Foster\nrealtybrandie@gmail.com\nhttps://brandiefoster.kw.com/
